A survival horror adventure with guns, zombies, and ruined cities.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 195 graded mods, 53 are graded A or B, 27 C and 115 D to F. Its newest release is for Minecraft 1.12.2. See the mods
StalkerFun turns Minecraft into a survival-horror journey through the ruined, Soviet-style ghost cities of Pripyat, with an included example world called The Zone. Expect dark exploration, horror ambience, freezing conditions, zombie hordes, mutants and other strengthened hostiles, with sanity and survival pressures adding to the danger. Combat centers on 3D firearms, alongside ammunition and rations, entity scanners, and tools for stealth and movement such as wall-climbing. The showcased environments range from repetitive apartment blocks and decaying city streets to sewers, a radioactive landscape and the Chimney of Chernobyl.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.12.2 · Forge, 1 Nov 2019). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
5 files not listed: no matching project found.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 203 of its 205 projects and the files in the pack itself.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
8 mods send something about you
We read the code of 188 of its 189 mods.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make its mods
We found no AI use from before this release (1 Nov 2019) in the 72 mods we checked.
3 mods show AI use only from after it, so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
117 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
