About
Trinkets and Baubles adds wearable items and player transformations, originally for Baubles but now also usable through its own customizable equipment slots. Its trinkets include utility and defensive effects: the Ring of Enchanted Eyes grants night vision and blindness immunity, the Stone of the Sea prevents drowning and improves swimming, and the Polarized Stone can attract items or repel projectiles at a mana cost. Race Rings transform the player and alter attributes and abilities: the Ring of the Fairies shrinks the player and enables flight and wall climbing, the Ring of the Dwarves improves mining, and the Ring of the Titans enlarges the player while increasing health and damage. Transformation potions offer temporary versions of race effects, while permanent transformation items can turn the player into a fairy, dwarf, or titan until a Restoration Potion removes the effect. Fairies can create a configurable Mending Bloom field that applies potion effects, repairs dropped equipment, and encourages nearby plant growth; fairies and dragons can also use configurable, mana-powered gliding and lift. Dragon abilities include Fire, Ice, and Lightning Breath, which can create short-lived elemental impact fields with configurable effects and terrain interactions. Most item and race features can be configured or disabled, including effects and mana settings.
