A survival modpack filled with cosmic horror and strange entities.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 88 graded mods, 70 are graded A or B, 15 C and 3 D to F. Its last update came out 8 weeks ago, for Minecraft 1.20.1. See the mods
Triple Trouble is a cosmic-horror survival modpack built around The Broken Script, Wonderland.jar, and The Anomaly. The Broken Script is a slow-building ARG-style mod whose entities and events can depend on how many in-game days you have spent in a world; it can also interact with the world and your builds, and lets you communicate with Null. Wonderland.jar adds dimensions and entities, with most of its entities having a dimension of their own, while the pack describes the resulting wonderlands as beautiful. The Anomaly develops through stages, then may stalk and follow you to learn where you live, making its appearances difficult to predict. The mods alter Minecraft's main textures, and the pack warns that the wonderlands and mushroom-cow islands may be in chaos. The Broken Script can be configured in-game with the /tbs_config command, including an option related to its black-border effect.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 1 Sep 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 14 Jun 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 85 of its 89 projects, without running them.
We have not checked the files in the pack itself yet (settings, scripts).
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
7 mods send something about you
We read the code of 81 of its 85 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 3 of the 74 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
5 other mods show AI use only from after this release (1 Sep 2026), so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
11 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
