About
BlockPixel is a resource pack by Jakob.zero that reimagines Minecraft with pixel textures built from square patterns, emphasizing the game's block-shaped visual style. Its features include connected textures, color mapping, 3D models for some blocks and items, and dynamic and random textures; it also includes sound effects from Minecraft's Beta period. The pack covers a broad range of scenery and materials, with gallery examples including jungle and pale forest foliage, snow, Nether landscapes, aquatic plants, crops, wood types, stone ruins, and an ocean palace. An optional Christmas add-on for survival play adds festive touches while keeping original blocks and items recognizable.
