About
Fresh Animations: Player Extension brings Fresh Animations’ visual style to the player model, replacing vanilla animations with more dynamic movement and adding new actions; it requires Entity Model Features and Entity Texture Features. It adds or improves animations for idling, head movement, walking, running, sprinting, sneaking, crawling, climbing, sitting and riding, as well as jumping, falling, landing, sleeping and turning. Water and flight receive dedicated movement, including wading through shallow water or lava, treading water, swimming upward and gliding with an elytra; backward movement, strafing and leaning are also animated. The pack also animates first-person hands, attacks and interactions, equipment use, capes, armor, eating and drinking, damage, and holding torches or lanterns, with smooth transitions when items are equipped or used. Experimental features include shield-blocking, item-equip and hotbar-switch animations, and armor-equipped states.
