About
Golden Days Base is a survival-friendly resource pack that gives modern Minecraft a retro look and feel inspired by Beta-era Minecraft, while preserving newer blocks and features. Used with the built-in Programmer Art pack, it reworks textures, models, lighting, sounds, names, and interface elements across blocks, items, and mobs. Its updated treatments include concrete and concrete powder, sulfur and cinnabar, granite, diorite and andesite, coral, packed mud, mud bricks, and newer copper-related blocks and items. Optional integrations expand customization: PolyTone provides configurable choices such as Beta lighting, chest styles, cobblestone styles, bushy leaves, and sky and End looks, while Entity Model Features enables custom entity models.
