Nautilus 3D is a vanilla-style resource pack that gives Minecraft blocks and items detailed 3D models, with an emphasis on decorative details, polished visuals, and performance-conscious design. Its randomized details make bookshelves and chiseled bookshelves, ores, crops, and other blocks vary in appearance, while the crafting table has a semi-randomized design. The pack also adds an animated 3D stonecutter, fully modeled doors and trapdoors, redesigned rails, bushy leaves, and a trident hand model. Other examples include 3D books on enchantment tables and lecterns, dynamic note blocks, a jukebox that displays a random disc, and modeled bells, vaults, trial spawners, copper fixtures, and hanging signs. Its presentation extends to a themed GUI and main menu, with a cleaner hotbar and less obstructive icons; Respackopts provides configurable options, including toggles for bookshelf randomization and the trident. The pack is designed to work with shaders, and its leafy models can be disabled through Respackopts.
Written from Modrinth and the GitHub README . How we write it
Changes 291 block textures, 2 item textures (Spyglass model and Trident), 43 mob and entity textures, 127 interface textures, the main menu background, 1 painting, 2,373 models and 129 other files.
Adds 57 block textures, 7 item textures, 60 other files and 2 models. In OptiFine's formats: 2 connected textures, 1 custom item texture and 12 entity models.
Block textures are mostly 16 by 16 pixels, up to 32 by 32. 10 block and item textures are animated.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and code history and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
