Too Many Renames is a resource pack that adds more than 6,000 cosmetic variants without replacing existing textures; rename supported items in an anvil to access them. Its additions include weapons inspired by Minecraft Dungeons, Story Mode, and Smash Bros., as well as placeable foods, extra clock styles, and custom torches in several styles. For the torch effect, rename items such as iron nuggets or certain stone types to “Sconce,” then display them in an item frame behind a torch.

Changes 8,316 models.

Adds 104 block textures, 5,757 item textures and 120 models. In OptiFine's formats: 2,640 custom item textures. Also has files for 1 other mod: Barely default.
Textures are mostly 32 by 32 pixels, up to 64 by 64. 436 block and item textures are animated.
No harmful code found
We checked what is inside its files, without opening them in the game.
Why we show this: a resource pack cannot run programs, but its file can hide one. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade.
Sends nothing
A resource pack has no code that can connect to the internet, so it cannot send anything about you.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files and images and found none.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
