    About

    Phoxel PT is a path-traced Minecraft shader intended to render scenes for screenshots, pursuing realistic light and atmosphere while retaining Minecraft’s blocky visual character. Its path tracing models light bouncing around a scene, with configurable limits for reflection bounces, direct-light samples, and samples through volumes such as the atmosphere. The shader’s visual range includes volumetric light through forests, path-traced material and global-illumination showcases, mountain and river sunsets, and effects in the End.
