A collection of client-side mods for better visuals and smoother play.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 201 graded mods, 188 are graded A or B, 12 C and 1 D to F. Its last update came out 11 months ago, for Minecraft 1.21.10. See the mods
Client Mods is a client-side modpack that enhances Minecraft with a broad collection of individually selected mods while avoiding unnecessary bloat. Its graphics additions support shaders and expanded texture features, while performance mods aim to improve gameplay performance. Interface and quality-of-life mods make containers, menus, and world navigation easier to use. The pack also adds player animations and new or overhauled sounds for a more expressive presentation. Gallery examples show Distant Horizons, Complementary Reimagined shaders, Simple Voice Chat, and Xaero’s Minimap in use.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.21.10 · Fabric, 10 Nov 2025). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 9 Nov 2025 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 208 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
18 mods send something about you
We read the code of 206 of its 208 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 13 of the 208 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
