A modpack for hosting worlds and playing with your friends.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 31 graded mods, 31 are graded A or B, 0 C and none D to F. Its last update came out 4 months ago, for Minecraft 26.2. See the mods
Multiplayer Essential is a modpack focused on making it easier to host and play Minecraft worlds with friends, with Essential enabling free world joining and Simple Voice Chat providing proximity voice communication. Its minimum edition offers five core mods, including Sodium for performance, Indium to prevent crashes with Continuity, and Mod Menu for managing mods. The broader pack adds building and creative tools such as the wand and Axiom mods, plus Customizable Player Models for creating and sharing player models and animations. Additional options include Not Enough Animations, Sound Physics Remastered, VR support through Vivecraft, controller support through Controlify, Bedrock-inspired features through Bedrockify, and quality-of-life additions from Vanilla Refresh. The pack also includes a large selection of shaders, including BLS Shaders, Euphoria Patches, and Solas Shader Easy Shaders.
Written from Modrinth and CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 26.2 · Fabric, 27 Jun 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 31 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
4 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 31 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 4 of the 31 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
