SwapBallsReborn is a Cobblemon datapack that lets you change the catch ball of Pokémon in survival mode. Hold a Ball Capsule in your main hand and the ball you want to use in your off-hand, then crouch to replace the catch ball of the first Pokémon in your party. To target another party slot, rename the Ball Capsule to that slot's number before using it.
