    About

    Accelerated Decay speeds up the removal of tree leaves after their supporting blocks are gone, allowing trees to clear more quickly. Rather than rapidly ticking leaf blocks, it waits for the game to mark leaves as ready to decay and then removes eligible leaves tagged as leaves; it supports trees made from blocks tagged as logs. Its time-based checks and reduced block ticking and particles are intended to keep the process lightweight and reduce client and server lag. The mod has a simple on-or-off configuration.
