About
Bountiful adds bounty boards that give players optional goals: complete requests for items or blocks, or kill specified mobs, then return to the board to claim the offered rewards. Boards appear in villages and can also be crafted, and their available bounties change over time; each player sees a personal copy of the board’s inventory, so taking a bounty does not remove it for other players. Decrees set the theme of a board’s bounties, with examples including Armorer and Farming, and up to three can be combined so requests and rewards can mix themes, such as wheat paired with iron armor. Completing bounties raises that board’s reputation, making rare rewards more frequent and granting players a larger discount on its requests. Players can also find new decrees as bounty rewards or craft one to reveal a random decree, adding ways to change which themed requests a board generates. Bountiful includes tools for tailoring bounty objectives, rewards, and decrees through data packs or configuration files, allowing players and modpack makers to add, adjust, or remove entries and customize compatibility with other content.
