About
YUNG’s Better Mineshafts overhauls abandoned mineshafts, replacing straight corridors with varied, interconnected tunnel networks. Across 13 biome variants, including a rare mushroom mineshaft, they feature abandoned workstations, occasional workstation cellars, and loot in workstation corners or chests on minecarts. Some tunnels end at ore deposits containing coal, iron, redstone, gold, lapis, emerald, or, very rarely, diamond; rarer finds include miners’ outposts and openings to the surface. The mod is intended to work with world-generation mods including YUNG’s Better Caves, Better Strongholds, Better Dungeons, Extras, and Bridges.
