Keeps related items together in collapsible groups in your ingredient list.
66.5 of the 71 points that apply = 94 out of 100. The points above are rounded to whole numbers.
Collapsible Groups organizes related entries in JEI or EMI into collapsible groups, helping players navigate ingredient lists with less scrolling. It can group items, fluids, and custom ingredient types shown by other mods, such as Mekanism chemicals, Productive Bees ingredients, and Applied Replication matter. Built-in groups are available for vanilla blocks and items from mods including Chipped, Rechiseled, Macaw’s Mods, AE2, and Refined Storage 2. In the ingredient list, each group appears as a stacked icon with a count badge; clicking expands or collapses it, and hovering previews its contents. A client-side group manager lets players search groups, enable or disable them, and create or edit their own groups in an in-game editor with names, icons, colors, and a live preview. Groups can be assembled by selecting entries directly or defined with rules that match tags, entire mods, or item variants, combine conditions, and exclude entries. Players and modpack authors can share groups through JSON files, while resource packs can provide groups and translated names; NeoForge packs can also define groups with KubeJS scripts. The mod remembers which groups a player has opened or closed, and empty groups remain hidden unless the player chooses to show them.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
Changes the game's code in 1 area: User interfaceChanges 1 game code file in this area: menus, screens, tooltips, the chat window and the in-game overlay..
Adds no new blocks, items or other content.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
An AI tool may have been used
Claude Code is named in the ignore list of its repository.
This does not show that it was used to make the files you download.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

More modpacks put it in their new versions than a year ago: 18 a month now, 0 a year agoThe average of the last 6 months, compared with the same 6 months a year before. We say it only when the change is large..
77 modpacks include Collapsible Groups (JEI) in at least one of their versions. Here are the 30 most downloaded.
Mods that modpacks often add together with Collapsible Groups (JEI). Share: how many of the modpacks with Collapsible Groups (JEI) also have that mod.
The newest file for each Minecraft version and loader. The files for recent versions come first. Recent versions: those released in the last 2 years, plus 1.20.1 and 1.21.1, among the most played in modpacks.
In the last 2 years, 3 releases needed a quick fix: a new release within 3 days to fix a problem. This counts in the grade, but it is too few to lose points.
