    About

    Configured Defaults is a utility mod for modpacks that copies files and folders from a provided defaults location into the game or server directory when they are missing. It helps creators distribute intended default configurations, including for newly added mods, so players receive them instead of relying on each mod's generated first-launch settings. It can supply any file or folder in the game directory, and handles options.txt specially by merging missing entries while preserving the player's existing preferences.
