About
EarlyStage adds early-game survival features, beginning with a flint tool set and a rule that requires an axe to break logs. To make its starter tools, players break leaves for sticks, find flint in gravel, gather rocks, and use a crafting rock to work sticks and flint into tools. Rocks are also scattered around forests, and a sieve lets players sift blocks such as dirt and sand for hidden drops. Datapacks can customize sieve drops and define which items can be crafted with the crafting rock.
