About
Energetic Sheep adds a way to generate and store energy through sheep: a regular sheep struck by lightning becomes energetic, and these sheep can also spawn naturally, though less often than ordinary sheep. Energetic Sheep can be bred, with each lamb having a one-in-three chance of being energetic, and they can be sheared for Energetic Wool, which contains energy and gives a zap when placed as a block. Energetic Wool can power compatible machines by right-clicking them or inserting the wool into machines that accept energy from items. For more efficient extraction, you can craft Energetic Shears that store energy and retrieve the sheep’s energy, or use compatible mods to extract energy directly from the animals. Energetic Sheep also work as living energy buffers that can transport energy between locations.
