Another Quality Modpack 3 is a large, blended Forge modpack that brings technology, magic, exploration, and combat together through linked recipes and a challenging progression toward end-game bosses. Its Project MMO system develops character attributes as you play, with skills such as melee, magic, fishing, agility, and endurance improving abilities like damage, loot chances, movement speed, and health; crafting and other activities can also grant experience. Technology follows a tiered route from Thermal through Assembly Line Machines to Mekanism, alongside systems such as Create, Draconic Evolution, Tinkers Construct, Mystical Agriculture, and Refined Storage. Magic includes modular wands and spell turrets through Mana and Artifice, as well as Iron’s Spells and Spellbooks, Botania, Blood Magic, Hexerei, and EvilCraft; players can also fly on brooms and summon demons. Exploration spans the Biomes You'll Go Overworld, the Nether, the End, and dimensions including Blue Skies and the Undergarden, with more than 100 structures such as roguelike Dungeon Crawl sites, Battle Towers, and locations from When Dungeons Arise. The world is populated by threats and bosses from mods including Ice and Fire, Mowzie’s Mobs, Doom, L_Cataclysm, and Stalwart Dungeons, while Infernal Mobs can give some creatures extra abilities. Progression culminates in difficult, modified end-game bosses whose defeat unlocks advanced recipes and top-tier gear. Other activities include fishing for tiered loot and crafting special rods, collecting ability-granting pets and relics, discovering Curios in chests, and automating food production with Create: Slice and Dice. The pack also offers over 1,000 food options, more than 60 spells, and over 100 enchantments, armor sets, and exploration-focused Curios items.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.18.2 · Forge, 9 Jan 2024). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 8 Jan 2024 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 380 of its 383 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
11 mods send something about you
We read the code of 379 of its 382 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 22 of the 306 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
76 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
