    About

    Formations is a library mod that gives structure datapack authors more control over how structures are defined, placed, and customized. It adds simple and pieced structure types with placements including surface, ceiling, water, lava, and several underground settings, such as buried or positioned within an open area. A new pool element lets authors set a structure piece’s ground level instead of relying on vanilla’s fixed ground level. Its structure processors can randomize bed colors, crop growth, and respawn-anchor charges; adapt blocks to biomes; fill brewing stands and chiseled bookshelves; age structures by adding moss, cracks, slabs, stairs, or decay; and control waterlogging.
