    About

    MasterCutter expands the stonecutter into a versatile crafting and resource-recovery station, adding more than 500 recipes for woodcutting, expanded stonecutting, recycling, and un-crafting. Wood recipes turn logs, wood, stems, hyphae, bamboo, and planks into items such as buttons, doors, fences, signs, slabs, stairs, and trapdoors. For stone, it can cut stone and deepslate directly into cobbled forms and their derivatives, reverse polished blocks into unpolished forms, and convert mossy cobblestone or stone bricks back to standard versions. It also adds efficient cutting recipes for copper blocks and cut copper, including bars, chains, doors, trapdoors, and lightning rods, with recipes applying across oxidation levels and waxed variants. Recycling recipes recover materials from crafted forms, including wooden doors into buttons, fences, signs, and trapdoors, and copper stairs or chiseled copper into copper blocks and related pieces. Un-crafting can recover ingredients from blocks and items such as amethyst, prismarine, quartz, sandstone, bricks, iron blocks, minecarts, and rails; for example, prismarine yields shards and an iron block yields iron ingots. Other additions let players strip mushroom stems and blocks to reveal their pore textures, cut cobwebs into string, and obtain string from white wool.
