About
MiscTweaks lets server owners and players tailor vanilla Minecraft world creation and gameplay settings through configurable defaults and restrictions. For new worlds, it can set the starting time and weather, seed, difficulty, game mode and world type, as well as default game rules and generator settings; options can also prevent these choices from being changed in-game. It can control whether cheats, bonus chests and structure generation are enabled by default, and whether players may change those settings when creating a world. Other gameplay controls include chest, ender chest and chest minecart capacity, fire spread rate and which blocks sustain fire, liquid behavior, damage from sources such as hunger or drowning, and health regeneration and exhaustion from a full hunger bar. The mod can also disable sleep or bed-based spawn changes, set maximum render distance and brightness, and disable Nether lava pockets. Client-facing options include limiting main-menu text and removing the Realms button or copyright notice.
