Mythical Origins is an addon for Origins that adds five playable Origins based on mythical creatures: Werewolf, Mermaid, Dragon, Elf, and Fairy. Each Origin combines advantages with drawbacks, giving characters distinct abilities and survival constraints. Werewolves can activate a hunting form that grants night vision, moon-powered damage, and a four-block-tall transformation, but they are weakened by sunlight, vulnerable when human, and restricted to meat and iron-free armor. Mermaids breathe on land and underwater, swim quickly with clear underwater vision, and mine underwater normally; their trident skill is balanced by slower movement on land, vulnerability to fire and lava, and an inability to eat meat or use shields. Elves have night vision, move faster on leaves, and deal increased damage in forests, but have reduced health and can only sleep in forests, where they spawn. Fairies are tiny, fly rather than jump over blocks, and have creative flight, forest-based resistance and strength, and pockets that hold up to nine additional stacks; their limitations include reduced health, exhausting flight, and restrictions on armor and sleeping altitude. Dragons have natural armor, extra health, wings that function as a permanent elytra, and increased damage, while water harms them and they cannot use shields or wear armor below diamond protection.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds no new blocks, items or other content.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files and images and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
