Play as different origins and classes in a shared world.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 132 graded mods, 104 are graded A or B, 24 C and 4 D to F. Its last update came out 3 months ago, for Minecraft 1.20.1. See the mods
Ultimate Origins is a vanilla-plus modpack designed primarily for play on its official whitelisted community server, though it can also be played solo. Its Origins system offers more than 30 choices, including the Phantom and Elytrian, and a class system lets players pair an origin with a role. The world adds Overworld biomes through Terralith and a substantially overhauled Nether through Better Nether. Additional content includes crops and food, decorative blocks, and utility items, alongside performance-focused mods such as Lithium.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Fabric, 2 Aug 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
2 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 15 Mar 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 134 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
10 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 134 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 13 of the 134 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
