    About

    NutritionZ adds a configurable nutrition system that makes diet a gameplay consideration by tracking five nutrients: carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins, and minerals. Food items contribute different amounts to these nutrient totals; for example, cooked cod supplies protein, fat, and minerals in the documented default data. Low and high nutrition thresholds can trigger negative or positive effects and attribute changes, with the default manager allowing those outcomes to be customized through datapacks. The mod also includes configurable default datapacks for other mods and supports adding further food mappings and nutrition-manager rules through datapacks.
