About
Omni-Hopper expands item and fluid transport options with hopper variants that can connect machines from orientations ordinary hoppers cannot. Omni-Hoppers are made by combining a regular hopper with a copper ingot and can be placed in any orientation, pulling items from their input side and inserting them through their output side. Floppers transport fluids, picking them up from the world with their input side when possible; they use a hopper-like recipe with copper in place of iron and a bucket in place of the chest, and their copper blocks can oxidize or be waxed. Whoppers are inexpensive, one-slot hopper alternatives crafted from five planks and a chest, but work at half the speed of a regular hopper and do not respond to redstone. Each custom hopper type also has an omnidirectional version made by combining it with a copper ingot. Lidless Chests can face any direction and immediately drop inserted items onto the ground, enabling contraptions such as an upside-down sorter that uses Omni-Whoppers to pull items from a water stream.
