About
MYTHCRAFT5 is an adventure-focused RPG modpack built around exploration, questing, loot, and character progression. A central questline guides players through more than a thousand new and reimagined structures, including dungeons and strongholds, with challenges, loot, traps, bosses, and strange dimensions to explore. Progression combines levels, skill points, and unlockable skills with magical abilities and combat perks, letting players develop their playstyle as they adventure. Combat includes 12 additional weapon types and four added tiers of weapons and gear: copper, steel, rose gold, and platinum. Instead of vanilla enchanting tables and enchanted books, players find runes from mobs and structures and etch them onto gear at an etching table, with each item’s rune slots limiting how many enchantments it can hold. The pack also adds 25 loot-chest artifacts that grant unique abilities when equipped in the offhand. Its presentation and survival systems include a redesigned interface and textures, plus expanded crops, recipes, and food progression.
