    About

    Sea Life brings more variety to oceans, rivers, and other waters by adding dozens of fish that appear in biomes suited to them. Its fish include anchovies, angelfish, anglerfish, bass, blue tangs, bowfin, butterflyfish, carp, catfish, chub, damselfish, electric rays, goldfish, koi, lampreys, lungfish, manta rays, minnows, neon tetras, northern pike, perch, pickerel, piranhas, pupfish, sardines, Siamese fighting fish, silver stripe blaasops, whitemargin stargazers, stingrays, trout, tuna, and walleye, ranging from reef and tropical species to cold-water and freshwater fish. Players can bait underwater fish traps with rotten flesh to catch fish automatically, or use a hatchery in shallow water to breed fish from buckets over time. Fishing can yield pirate treasure, empty cans, fish bones, and fossils; the mod also adds fish-themed meals and aquatic custom paintings.
