    Simple Weather replaces Minecraft’s flat rain and snow rendering with a particle-driven weather effect, aiming to preserve the ambience while making the landscape easier to see. Its rain appears gentle and keeps the view relatively clear, while its snow is designed to reduce the screen-filling visual noise of the vanilla effect. The lighter visual treatment can also ease the strain that dense snowfall places on video encoders during streaming or recording. Configuration options let players customize aspects of the weather’s appearance.
