Hostile mobs dig out of the ground or poof into existence when they spawn.

Spawn Animations makes hostile mobs emerge from the ground or appear in a puff of particles when they spawn, adding a visible entrance instead of an ordinary spawn. The animations cover zombies, husks, drowned, skeletons, strays, bogged, wither skeletons, spiders, cave spiders, creepers, Endermen, slimes, magma cubes, zombified piglins, striders and giants. Mobs usually dig up from a block, but use the poof effect when no suitable block is available; slimes and magma cubes always poof, while Nether and End mobs can emit themed particles. Players can configure the activation distance and whether mobs outside its range stay hidden or spawn normally, as well as toggle poof effects and animation sounds. It is designed to run server-side and keeps hidden entities, including their worn armor and tools, invisible and silent until the animation plays. The existing animations can also be extended to other entities through data-pack or mod configuration files, with options for animation type, themed particles and armor handling.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Adds 1 advancement.
Counted from the names and data files in the mod, so the list may not be complete.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its texts, files, images and code history and found none.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
