About
Cisco's Fantasy Medieval RPG [Ultimate] is a medieval fantasy role-playing modpack that builds on the original Cisco's Adventure RPG formula with deeper progression, exploration, combat, and quests, playable solo or with friends. Combat features revamped animations and dodging, custom weapons, armor and trinkets, plus enemies that grow stronger as you explore; an in-depth skill tree, origins, and selectable divine blessings let players shape their characters. The world spans overhauled Overworld, Nether, and End biomes, five new dimensions, and hundreds of dungeons and structures, including a Piglin castle, End dungeons such as the Aviary, and Aether dungeons. More than 200 quests offer solo or group progression, with some adding story and lore, and a quest shop lets players spend earned coins on useful items. Players can also build and defend a medieval kingdom, while backpacks and storage systems support everyday adventuring. Two major magic mods provide utility both in and out of combat, and performance-focused features are included alongside shader support. The pack adds two contrasting endgame paths: defeating the Fell King grants Divine Ascension, which boosts Divinity and supports powerful critical strikes, while defeating Descended Cisco grants Fallen Ascension, which strengthens Fell Corruption and lets Decay Strikes restore health; only one path can be chosen.
