About
Trinity is a NuclearCraft addon for crafting and detonating nuclear bombs, with semi-realistic recipes built around fissile isotopes, subcritical isotope spheres, compression charges, and chemical ingredients. It adds 18 bombs made from nine fissile isotopes, along with two redstone-activated conventional explosives used in bomb crafting. The lineup includes salted bombs that create intense radioactive fallout, dirty bombs disguised as TNT, and an antimatter bomb that delivers a nuclear-scale blast without radioactivity; the antimatter bomb has no crafting recipe. Thermonuclear bombs are assembled as multiblock structures, and their explosion effects vary with the blocks used as a tamper: fissionable blocks amplify the blast, while salting blocks trade some explosive energy for highly radioactive fallout. Bomb tooltips indicate expected crater and wasteland sizes, and a remote detonator lets players trigger bombs from beyond twice the crater radius. Explosions can leave radioactive deposits such as trinitite, as well as highly radioactive sand and soil from salted bombs, and blast size and fallout radius are configurable. With ICBM integration, its nuclear missiles and explosives trigger Trinity nuclear explosions instead of ICBM's own nuclear explosions.
