About
Ocean Outlast is an expert modpack that adapts the Skyblock-style survival challenge to a vast ocean world dotted with randomly generated islands. Its quest system provides more than 1,900 objectives that guide progression and introduce the pack’s mechanics, items, and features. The setting is framed as a punishment by the ocean gods for humanity’s destruction of Atlantis, and the Skyblock-inspired world has few ores, with magical resources and fossils among those that remain. Players can explore dungeons and battle towers, while a shop lets them buy items and a sell shop offers a way to earn coins. The pack brings together extensive technology and magic, with examples including Mekanism, IndustrialCraft, Applied Energistics 2, Botania, Thaumcraft, and Bewitchment. Additional exploration and creature content includes Fossils and Archeology Revival, The Erebus, Blue Skies, Mowzie’s Mobs, and Fish’s Undead Rising.
