    UnionLib is a developer-facing API library for building or integrating mods, rather than a mod that adds content for players. It aims to simplify multi-loader development and includes a configuration system designed to be straightforward to use. Its utilities cover cross-version mod development, including helpers for creating item and block properties and armor materials, version-agnostic screen rendering, and UI rendering tools such as gradients and abstract list rendering. The library also provides a TOML reader, accessory-slot codecs, and support for registering potion-brewing recipes in a mod.
