About
Unlit Campfire makes placed campfires and soul campfires start unlit, so players can place them without immediately lighting them. Once lit, each type normally burns for a configurable period of 2,000 ticks before extinguishing, and the mod lets you configure rain extinguishing and whether a campfire is removed after it goes out. Players can extend a lit campfire’s burn time by adding fuel such as logs, sticks, or coal, and can make it burn indefinitely with Magma Cream. Generated campfires burn indefinitely by default, though this behavior can be changed in the configuration. Additional settings can make burn time account for time spent sleeping and lower a campfire’s light level as its remaining burn time runs low.
