High fantasy medieval RPG modpack.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 240 graded mods, 188 are graded A or B, 47 C and 5 D to F. Its newest release is for Minecraft 1.20.1. See the mods
Fiefdom is a challenging high-fantasy survival RPG modpack centered on building and defending a fief in a strange world, with thirst, hunger, leveling, magic, and waves of undead shaping the adventure. Choose from six starting origins and 21 classes in a customizable class tree, then follow more than nine quest lines through exploration, combat, and multiple ways to progress, including becoming a town hero, exploring alternate dimensions, or learning wizardry. The pack adds hundreds of structures to explore and conquer, over 70 item affixes, and an integrated coin economy: monsters, chests, and quests provide currency for villager trading and hiring guards or mercenaries. A bespoke endgame quest progression makes reaching the End a journey of its own, while the official server adds seasonal play and rewards.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 28 Jul 2025). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 22 May 2025 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 241 of its 244 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
5 mods send something about you
We read the code of 232 of its 235 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 1 of the 187 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in it, or its author declared AI content.
15 other mods show AI use only from after this release (28 Jul 2025), so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
48 mods are not checked yet.
1 mod can use AI in the game.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
