BlazeandCave's Advancements ModPack is a client-side collection of mods and resource packs intended to help players complete the BlazeandCave Improvement Pack datapack, which adds more than 900 extra advancements and survival tasks. AdvancementInfo makes advancement progress clearer by showing which criteria are complete and which remain. The pack adds visual and sound effects through Effective and Visuality, including environmental effects, crystal sparks, and particles from mobs and the environment. Illuminations adds interactive fireflies in wet and forest biomes, along with purple variants in the End and magical biomes. LambDynamicLights makes held or dropped items, burning mobs, and fired spectral arrows emit light, while LambdaBetterGrass connects textures across grass, podzol, mycelium, paths, and crimson and warped nylium for a more continuous landscape. Iris enables shader support, and Better Mount HUD shows health and saturation together while replacing the experience bar with a jump indicator during a mount's jump. Stendhal adds text formatting, color, and symbol options when editing books, signs, and chat messages; Reese's Sodium Options provides an alternative Sodium settings menu. The included resource packs translate the datapack's advancements and give trophy items earned from certain advancements custom textures; VanillaTweaks packs are also included.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.19 · Fabric, 30 Jul 2022). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 28 Jul 2022 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 48 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
4 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 48 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 1 of the 43 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in it, or its author declared AI content.
5 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
