Build a factory and follow quests through a world of machines.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 43 graded mods, 23 are graded A or B, 6 C and 14 D to F. Its last update came out 3.2 years ago, for Minecraft 1.18.2. See the mods
Cabricality is a Create-centered technical modpack inspired by Create: Above and Beyond, built around following a technology progression while designing and expanding your own factory with Create and Industrial Revolution. Guided quests organize the progression into chapters and milestones, each with its own assembly lines and adventures, while remaining optional if you prefer to play your own way. Most machine needs can be automated, rewarding careful factory planning as you unlock milestones. Alongside the main technology path, the pack offers trade stations where trade and profession cards let you exchange coins for scarce materials, including enderium ingredients. Its alternative alchemy route uses dusts, molten glass, substrates and catalysts to produce materials, with laser emitters combining substrates into catalysts whose recipes vary between worlds. Beyond factory building, Ad Astra enables travel to the Moon and other planets and galaxies, as well as constructing space stations beyond planetary atmospheres.
Written from Modrinth and the GitHub README . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.18.2 · Quilt, 28 Aug 2023). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
1 file not listed: no matching project found.
No harmful code found in its mods
We checked all 50 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
2 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 50 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 1 of the 49 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in it, or its author declared AI content.
1 mod is not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and code history yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
