Craft to Exile [Dissonance] turns Minecraft into an exploration-focused action RPG built around Mine and Slash, with linear, quest-guided progression, character development, and loot. Explore TerraForged landscapes, encounter structures such as Valhelsia Structures, Dungeon Crawl, and Dungeons Plus, and travel between naturally spawning Towers of the Wild with Waystones or ride a storage-carrying Bufflon mount. As your character advances, journey through dimensions including the Bumblezone, Atum 2, the Nether, the End, Good Night’s Sleep, Midnight, and Tofu World; later, Mine and Slash maps offer instanced dungeons with bosses, while Dimensional Dungeons provide challenging group raids and stronger rewards. Build specialized characters by allocating points to stats, skills, and a talent tree, with options such as blood mage, archer, summoner, berserker, and elementalist, then pursue build-defining unique items, set gear, and runewords. Equipment and weapon crafting are tied to character levels, while dropped currencies let you modify gear with stats, prefixes, suffixes, and rarity changes, adding strategic loot progression alongside combat rewards. A customized summoning system lets players call basic elementals and combine them into stronger para-elemental summons, with further Lycanites content introduced as progression unfolds. For players who want a home base, MineColonies supports building and personalizing a colony, automating work with hired workers, and defending against raiding barbarians and pirates. More than 220 quests guide players through the dimensions and also provide progression paths for homesteading and technology, including food and farming mods, Create, and Immersive Engineering, whose recipes and power systems are integrated. Cooking and farming have added depth through food from Simple Farming and Pam’s HarvestCraft 2, fishing with Aquaculture 2, and Serene Seasons, which changes foliage, weather, and crop-growing conditions throughout the year. Custom textures, a tailored main menu, Diablo II-inspired music, and reworked recipes and loot tables help bring the pack’s assorted mods together.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.15.2 · Forge, 19 Aug 2023). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 8 May 2023 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the mods we checked
We checked 167 of its 168 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
4 mods send something about you
We read the code of 167 of its 168 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 7 of the 118 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
50 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and code history and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
