A modpack that combines optimization, adventure, and gunplay. 一款结合了优化、冒险与枪械的整合包。.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 69 graded mods, 60 are graded A or B, 9 C and none D to F. Its last update came out yesterday, for Minecraft 1.21.1. See the mods
Ember Peril: Silent Expanse is a modpack combining military-themed content, adventure, and performance optimization while aiming to keep its mod list streamlined and performance overhead low. Players can explore and survive, fight in PVP, or use creative mode to build mob farms. The pack includes hundreds of firearms and dozens of vehicles spanning domestic and international designs, from modern to futuristic, for a range of combat scenarios.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 2 Oct 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 24 Aug 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 69 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
2 mods send something about you
We read the code of 65 of its 66 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 2 of the 66 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
2 other mods show AI use only from after this release (2 Oct 2026), so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and code history yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
