Beautiful graphics, speedy performance and familiar features in a simple package. Chaos Cubed beta!
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 48 graded mods, 48 are graded A or B, 0 C and none D to F. Its last update came out 4 days ago, for Minecraft 26.3. See the mods
Fabulously Optimized is a Fabric modpack focused on improving Minecraft performance and graphics while retaining familiar, vanilla-style play, without adding new content that would restrict which worlds or servers you can join. Its performance-focused mods include Sodium and Lithium, and its graphics options support shaders through Iris, connected textures through Continuity, and dynamic lights through LambDynamicLights. It also recreates many OptiFine features, including zoom, custom capes, better grass, HD screenshots, particle controls, animated textures, custom entity models, skies, and resource-pack features such as emissive visuals and custom colors. Players can use game controllers, host local worlds for friends, and view advancements in a larger window, alongside options such as 4K screenshots and a redesigned video-settings interface. The pack is designed to work on servers that accept vanilla clients, can serve as a base for adding other Fabric mods, and aims to preserve settings when updating where possible.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 26.3 · Fabric, 20 Oct 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 48 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
6 mods send something about you
We read the code of all 46 of its mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 5 of the 45 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
1 mod is not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and code history and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.

These projects do not work together with Fabulously Optimized: their authors or Fabulously Optimized's author say so. If you install both, the game can crash or some features can stop working. Some of them do the same job as Fabulously Optimized, so you only need one.
