A relaxed modpack for exploring, farming, building, and cooking.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 113 graded mods, 98 are graded A or B, 12 C and 3 D to F. Its last update came out 3 weeks ago, for Minecraft 1.21.1. See the mods
Farming Experience is an adventure-and-farming modpack that extends familiar Minecraft features while slowing progression, encouraging players to explore and create at their own pace rather than follow a prescribed route. Its content brings together farming and cooking additions such as Farmer’s Delight and Overweight Farming, village and structure enhancements including Better Villages and YUNG’s desert temples, jungle temples, mineshafts, and witch huts, plus richer biomes and wilderness wildlife such as lions, zebras, and elephants. Players can find puzzle-filled structures with traps and rewards, secret chests and loot, and new crops, ingredients, meals, furniture, and building blocks for making a cozy base. The Farming Experience Core changes the survival rhythm: death preserves the inventory but costs a heart, which golden apples can restore; phantoms are absent, monsters have less health, zombies flee from light, and creepers and spiders spawn in caves. It also adds practical and movement-focused tweaks, including throwable TNT, rail-free minecart placement, multijump, dash and smash enchantments, always-repairable tools and weapons, and longer days and nights. Dye-crafted items can be recolored in water cauldrons, and the Core’s gameplay changes can be disabled through its in-game options.
Written from Modrinth . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.21.1 · NeoForge, 5 Oct 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 20 Sep 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 114 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
The author declares on Modrinth that this modpack interacts with your system outside the game.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
5 mods send something about you
We read the code of 103 of its 104 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 5 of the 92 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
12 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and code history yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
