    Chunks Fade In smooths the appearance of newly loaded chunks with configurable fade-in and motion animations, so they emerge gradually rather than popping into view. You can choose fading styles such as full or lined fades, and adjust motion settings including its easing curve and duration; documented animation styles include full, scale, jagged, and displacement. The mod also supports curved-world rendering, and its shader integration includes fading and animations for Distant Horizons terrain, with transitions between distant LODs and nearby Minecraft chunks. It is designed to work with Sodium and has integrations for Iris shaders and Distant Horizons.
