A classic skyblock challenge with helpful extras and new islands.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 249 graded mods, 179 are graded A or B, 52 C and 18 D to F. Its last update came out 3 years ago, for Minecraft 1.20.1. See the mods
Haven: Skyblock Classic+ brings the resource-limited challenge of classic Skyblock to a multiplayer-focused modpack, with quality-of-life additions while retaining room for players to work things out themselves. Players begin on a platform and are sent to their own island, choosing between a Classic+ start and an old-school start that differs mainly in its initial setup. The Overworld and Nether use Skyblock generation, with more than 30 custom random islands spread across them; exploring these islands can yield treasures, allies, or enemies, and they contain much of what players need to obtain other items and blocks. The End generates normally, and optional quests guide newcomers through early Skyblock without providing a complete start-to-finish walkthrough. Additions include storage options such as Tom's Storage, Functional Storage, Iron Chests, and Ender Chests; Iron Furnaces; Aquaculture; HavenGrowth; VillagersPlus; Rings of Ascension; Artifacts; MoreVanillaArmor; and block-decoration choices from Chipped and Rechiseled.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.20.1 · Forge, 4 Nov 2023). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
2 files not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 3 Nov 2023 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 248 of its 253 projects, without running them.
We have not checked the files in the pack itself yet (settings, scripts).
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
9 mods send something about you
We read the code of 241 of its 246 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 23 of the 201 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
45 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
