A lighter dinosaur adventure with prehistoric wildlife and places to explore.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 222 graded mods, 109 are graded A or B, 45 C and 68 D to F. Its newest release is for Minecraft 1.12.2. See the mods
Jurassic World Reborn 2 LITE is a dinosaur-themed modpack designed as a lighter alternative for players with older or lower-end computers, while retaining the main pack’s core features. Its prehistoric world features 91 creatures, including dinosaurs, marine reptiles, prehistoric fish, and hybrids, alongside fossils, plants, trees, and other wildlife. Exploration includes dungeons, abandoned structures, shipwrecks, and hidden treasures, while Fossils and Archeology adds an archaeological focus and new blocks to discover and collect. The pack also combines magic such as Botania and Astral Sorcery with technology and energy mods including Thermal Series, Ender IO, Mekanism, Extreme Reactors, and Flux Networks. Players can use tools and weapons from mods such as Tinkers’ Construct and Spartan Weaponry, and build storage systems with Refined Storage, Storage Drawers, and Iron Chests.
Written from CurseForge and the GitHub README . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.12.2 · Forge, 23 Oct 2024). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 17 Oct 2024 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. Same mods in both. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the mods we checked
We checked 227 of its 229 mods and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
7 mods send something about you
We read the code of 226 of its 229 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign that AI was used to make its mods
We found no AI use from before this release (23 Oct 2024) in the 143 mods we checked.
8 mods show AI use only from after it, so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
86 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files, images and code history yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
