A pack that helps your game run smoother and reduces lag.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 65 graded mods, 40 are graded A or B, 13 C and 12 D to F. Its last update came out 4.7 years ago, for Minecraft 1.18.1. See the mods
Optimizationful is a Minecraft modpack focused on smoother performance, with features such as entity culling, enhanced block entities, and an option to reduce frame rate while the game runs in the background. It also adds visual and interface enhancements, including improved textures, more animations, connected textures, better grass, shader packs, and a redesigned background. For character customization, the pack offers cosmetic options such as ears, tails, horns, claws, snouts, wings, and custom outfits, along with optional dynamic lights and a client-side armor visibility toggle. Other conveniences include inviting friends to a single-player world over the internet, in-game direct messaging, audio-output selection, zoom, and server-list and scoreboard tools. For Origin Realms, it includes teleportation keybinds, shop-restock notifications, improved autocompletion, cosmetic fixes, and smoother armor-stand animation interpolation.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.18.1 · Fabric, 14 Feb 2022). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 14 Feb 2022 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 66 of its 67 projects, without running them.
We have not checked the files in the pack itself yet (settings, scripts).
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
9 mods send something about you
We read the code of 63 of its 64 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 2 of the 54 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
10 mods are not checked yet.
Made with AI: not checked yet
We have not looked for AI tools in the pack itself yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
