Catch and battle Pokémon in a blocky world with friends.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 62 graded mods, 56 are graded A or B, 5 C and 1 D to F. Its last update came out 4 weeks ago, for Minecraft 1.21.1. See the mods
Pixelmon Plus+ is a Minecraft modpack built around Pixelmon that prepares players to join Blaze Gaming’s multiplayer Pixelmon server, with an optimized setup and the server’s custom resource pack included. The pack brings together Pokémon from generations 1 through 9, including legendary and mythical Pokémon, with custom Pokémon skins and models, custom menu textures, and themed armor and tools. On the server, players can catch, train, evolve, breed, and battle Pokémon while working through Pokédex rewards, gym challenges, and progression systems. Server activities include daily Bingo, changing hourly PokéHunts, voting and playtime rewards, hidden-present hunts, chat games, and community events and tournaments. Active players may receive a legendary spawn to catch, and unwanted legendaries can be deposited into the Legend Pool to trigger further spawns. Pixelmon-specific battle features include Mega Evolution and Terastallization, with research quests unlocking the Tera Orb needed to use a Pokémon’s Tera Type. The server also offers multiple worlds, including the Overworld, Nether, End, Resource World, Ultra Space, and Drowned World, alongside land claims and dedicated facilities for leveling, EV training, healing, and breeding.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.21.1 · NeoForge, 2 Oct 2026). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
Compared with the release of 7 Jul 2026 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the mods yet.
No harmful code found in its projects
We checked all 62 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
6 mods send something about you
We read the code of 57 of its 58 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 2 of the 56 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
2 other mods show AI use only from after this release (2 Oct 2026), so it does not apply to the versions in this pack.
2 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
