Survive a vast ocean with only a raft and fishing rod.
Modpacks get no grade of their own, so we show the grades of its mods. Of its 61 graded mods, 18 are graded A or B, 11 C and 32 D to F. Its last update came out 5.3 years ago, for Minecraft 1.12.2. See the mods
Raft is a survival modpack inspired by the game of the same name, built around surviving and expanding a raft in a vast ocean world. Depending on the save, the world is open water, scattered islands, or half-submerged Lost City buildings, with the latter two offering land or shelter but exposing you to dangerous nagas. You begin with basic supplies and a rideable, expandable raft; fishing is a key early activity, since catches can include driftwood to craft into planks, while diving for resources risks encounters with sea creatures. The pack also features underwater exploration, ocean-floor caves, a cobblestone generator, and hostile creatures such as aqua creepers and sea serpents.
Written from CurseForge . How we write it
The mods of its newest release (Minecraft 1.12.2 · Forge, 26 Jun 2021). Each check result is for the latest files of that mod, which may not be the version in this pack.
1 file not listed: no matching project found.
Compared with the release of 8 Aug 2020 for the same platform, Minecraft version and loader. We do not compare the versions of the projects yet.
No harmful code found in the projects we checked
We checked 64 of its 65 projects and the files in the pack itself, without running them.
Why we show this: a modpack installs the files of its mods, and each mod runs on your computer like any program. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: a modpack has no grade of its own, and each mod's result counts in that mod's grade.
5 mods send something about you
We read the code of 63 of its 64 mods, without running it.
Why we show this: a modpack runs the code of its mods, and a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
AI used in 2 of the 24 mods we checked
We found an AI tool in them, or their authors declared AI content.
40 mods are not checked yet.
No sign so far that AI was used to make the pack itself
We looked for AI tools in its texts and found none.
We have not read its files and images yet.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
