Aspects is an element-based Origins addon that adds two origin-selection layers, intended to expand combat and offer playstyles distinct from the standard Origins. On joining a game or using an Orb of Origin, players choose an Aspect, and that choice determines which Types are available as a second selection; each Aspect combines benefits with drawbacks. The implemented Aspects are Anemo, Geo, Hydro, Ordo, Perditio, Pyro, and Vacuos, drawing on themes of air, earth, water, order, chaos, fire, and the void. Their powers shape combat and survival in distinct ways: Anemo offers faster movement, fall-damage immunity, and extra experience while imposing a combat penalty away from the open sky; Geo grants extra armor and damage underground but increases explosion damage; Hydro adds health and underwater breathing while making fire more dangerous. Ordo favors daytime fighting and damage against undead, while its drawbacks include nighttime weakness and increased wither damage; Perditio strengthens attacks at night, adds wither damage, and makes the player undead, with weakened attacks during the day. Pyro provides fire immunity and increased damage in the Nether, melts ice and snow beneath the player, but causes damage on contact with water; Vacuos is the void Aspect and the equivalent of choosing Human in classic Origins. Types add more specialized variations: for example, Anemo’s Tempus Type represents storms, moves faster, and deals extra damage during thunderstorms.
Written from Modrinth and the GitHub README . How we write it
Does not change the game's code directly.
Keeps all of vanilla Minecraft's textures, models and sounds.
No harmful code found
We checked its files and read their code, without running it.
Why we show this: a mod runs on your computer like any program, so harmful code in it can take your accounts or files. Our checks look for known signs of harm. They cannot prove that a file is harmless. In the grade: malware means no grade, and a Warning in a latest file for a recent Minecraft version lowers it.
We found nothing it sends
We read its code without running it: it contacts no web address while you play.
Why we show this: a mod can send things about you over the internet, like your player name or your login. Contacting an address to check for updates or download files sends nothing about you. Not in the grade: sending data can be normal for what a mod does.
No sign so far that AI was used to make it
We looked for AI tools in its description, files, images and code history and found none.
We have not read its changelogs yet.
No sign of AI in the game
We found no AI service, AI library or AI model file in its code.
Why we show this: some players and servers avoid projects made with AI, and AI in the game can send what you write to an online service. Not in the grade: using AI does not tell whether a project works well or is kept up to date.
